“DECORATED EGGS OF
EUROPE AND AMERICA”
February 17 – April 4, 2010
Egg painting is known through out most of Europe, where
decorating eggs can be traced back at least 3,000 years.
On display will be examples of this art form, including both
traditional painted eggs, called pysanky, and hand-painted
modern European and American interpretations.
